Shipping and Taxes

As a rule, we try to offer worldwide shipping, but we are no longer selling or shipping any products to Russia.

We are a small start-up, so we do not yet have the ability to be VAT registered in each country individually. The bags will be shipped from England, and while we will charge VAT for our UK customers, those who order from another country will have to pay the corresponding import VAT and any other duties or fees when the bag is shipped to them. We will, of course, not charge VAT for customers shipping outside of the UK, so this means the total price paid when checking out is less.

We offer shipping with DHL International to all countries. Our bags are shipped from the UK, and shipping is included to all countries within Europe.

We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days. International transit times via DHL vary based on destination but generally take between 3 to 5 business days. Due to reduced airline capacity due to COVID, please expect an additional 2 days for delivery during a high-volume sales period like Christmas. There might also be additional time in each country depending on customs transit times in each country. Unfortunately, we have experienced some delays shipping to EU countries due to Brexit.

If the shipping service you are selecting shows a time (for example DHL express 9 AM), this means the courier will try to deliver on the first possible working day before 9 AM.
