We only sell through our website as of now. We are a small company, and we keep our margins extremely low, as we want them to be available for as many people as possible. That means we cannot put the bags up in physical storefronts. We try to include as detailed descriptions and pictures of the bags as possible, including weight and measurements. But we get that you might need to see a bag in person to see if you can fall in love with it. Therefore, we will allow you to return any bag within 50 days of receiving it if it isn't for you. See our return policy for more details.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit/debit cards through a secure check-out powdered by Shopify. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Shopify, and you can also use these for an extra speedy check-out.
Our bags are all produced in Spain by a locally owned factory and handmade by artisans.
We try to be as environmentally friendly as possible, so we will not ship the bag with a branded box. However, it will come with a cotton dust bag which can be used as protection and storage.
Unfortunately, we do not currently produce any vegan leather bags. However, we hope to do this in the future, and we are following the development of leather made from apples, grapes, cactus and mushrooms. For now, it has not been possible to buy sustainable versions of these leathers that are not mainly made from plastic.
The hides we buy come from food production, and the microfibre we buy is made from 60% recycled materials. We strive to keep our production process and materials as sustainable as possible. However, as the bags are internationally shipped, it would be hypocritical of us to claim that they are sustainable.
Keep the bag in its dust bag when not in use. Don't store the bag by hanging it from the strap or handles. Some dark clothing, especially made from suede, can transfer colours to light materials, so please try to avoid having this close to any light-coloured bags.Don't spill water, fats or alcohol on the bag and try to protect the bags as much as possible in the rain. Avoid long-term exposure to direct sunlight. Don't pull the bags across any rough or spiky surfaces, as this could tear the leather. Use proper leather products when cleaning, or use a cloth with water only, both for cleaning the outside and insides of the bags.

Shipping, Taxes and Returns
We offer shipping with DHL International to all countries except for Russia and China.
Shipping is included within Europe, and we are aiming to soon include the rest of the world.
We store and ship our bags from the United Kingdom.
We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days. International transit times via DHL vary based on destination but generally take between 3 to 5 business days. Due to reduced airline capacity due to COVID, please expect an additional 2 days for delivery during a high-volume sales period like Christmas. There might also be additional time in each country depending on customs transit times in each country. Unfortunately, we have experienced some delays shipping to EU countries due to Brexit.
As we are a small start-up, we are not yet VAT registered in any other areas than the United Kingdom. This means we will charge VAT on bags sold to UK customers, while international buyers will have to pay any import fees, tariffs and VAT when the bags arrive in their countries. Of course, this also means you will be charged a lower price at check-out than our UK customers to make up for this, and we will not charge UK VAT and these orders.
We know it can be difficult to decide if a bag is for you before you have seen it in person. If, for any reason, you don't want to keep your bag, you can return it in unused condition to us within 50 days of receiving it. You can find details on our return policy here.
If the bag has any damages due to a construction fault, we will do our best to help you get this fixed. This means we will offer to either ship the bag back to our factory for a repair or have repairs covered by us anywhere local to you.
