We know online shopping can be hard, so we will give you a 50-day open return policy. If you receive the bags and they weren’t as you expected, you can ship them back to us in the same condition as it was sent. We do not yet offer free returns.
If the bag has any damages due to a construction fault, we will do our best to help you get this fixed. This means we will offer to either ship the bag back to our factory for a repair or have repairs covered by us anywhere local to you. If your bag is damaged, please contact us at hello [at] frostandforest.co. We ask you to include pictures of the bag and any receipts for costs of repair.
